Seen a nice Infinity G35 online at this dealership...

Seen a nice Infinity G35 online at this dealership. Got in touch with a salesperson. I had the stipulation that my significant other had to like the car before i bought it because she gets car sick very easily. My credit was borderline but i had a strong co-signer. I said this all up front. I called Rick Holland and said i would need the car for a couple of days so that i could drive with my significant other before i bought it. He said no problem. I was able to take off work a little early on Wed but i couldn't get any other day off early and i told all of this to Rick. I told him it would be ok if i waited a little while before i came an got the car for a test run an i would understand that they couldn't have the car out that long. He said "no,no, let me ask my manager if its ok an ill call you back" He didn't call back. Later that day i called him an he said it would be fine to pick up the car and bring it back on Sat.
So i take off work early on Wed an drive an hour to the dealership. i show up and Rick is not that knowledgeable about the car. The car also had a lot of scratches in the paint. All of this was fine because i planned to bring it up during negotiations. I go inside to run my credit and fill out paperwork. He comes back to tell me my credit is not good enough (which is what i figured) but then he said i couldn't take the car. This stipulation was not mentioned once or ever during my conversation with him. The manager comes in an says i could have the car for two days. I told him that's not possible because i had to work late the whole week and i made that clear to Rick on Tuesday. I had 0 problem just coming in on Friday and doing it all then. I ended up just walking out of the dealership. They cost me two hours of my time AND the money i would have made if i didn't take off work early. I will not be lied to an i don't appreciate being jerked around. I would avoid this dealership.
