I recently used this pet grooming service and overall, I found it to be average. The website provided a clear overview of their services and pricing, which was helpful. The booking process was straightforward and the groomers were punctual. However, I wasn't particularly impressed with the quality of the grooming. While my dog was clean and smelled nice afterward, the trim wasn't done to my satisfaction. I also felt that the overall experience lacked a personal touch and didn't leave me feeling like a valued customer. The groomers were polite, but didn't engage in much conversation or offer any additional advice or tips. In terms of convenience and basic services, this company does an okay job, but it falls short in terms of providing that extra level of care and attention that I was hoping for.
