My experience with Ubiome was alright. The website was functional, but it could be improved in terms of usability. The process of collecting and sending the sample was straightforward. The results took a bit longer than expected, but they were eventually delivered. The customer support was average, they answered my questions but didn't go above and beyond. Overall, an okay experience.
