New life foundation is a safe, nurturing and uplifting sanctuary that supports people in their recovery and/or personal growth.

It's a peaceful haven surrounded by beautiful nature, and if you're lucky you'll get to meet its resident cats and dog Charlie.

The community is warm and supportive and allows you to be in touch with your feelings and be raw and vulnerable. There are many activities that are opportunities to socialize with the community and develop new skills. I enjoyed participating in improv group, public speaking, ecstatic dance, women's circle and the various excursions and town trips.

The accommodation is very comfortable and the three meals provided are sumptuous and delicious. Highly recommend a stay here.
