I recently had the opportunity to work with the truss manufacturing company. 🏗️ It was an average experience overall. The website was user-friendly and provided comprehensive information about their products and services. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. It took quite some time to get a response to my inquiries, and the communication felt impersonal. 🙅‍♀️ Additionally, the quality of the trusses was satisfactory, but there were a few minor defects that needed to be addressed. 🏭 On a positive note, their prices were competitive compared to other companies in the industry. 💰 Overall, it was an average experience, and I would recommend the company with reservations. 🤷‍♂️
