I recently inquired with this dealership about the 2014 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. I was contacted by Sam Dewitt. I communicated with Sam via email for a few days before making the decision to visit the dealership for a test drive. From the beginning Sam was awesome. He was very quick to respond to my inquiry and answer any questions I had. He worked with me via email to get some questions out of the way, to avoid wasting my time at the dealership.

Once I came to the dealership and met Sam, I was pleasantly surprised. Every other experience I've had with purchasing a car has been a huge headache. I've felt like I wasn't being told whole truths and that I was being pressured to buy a vehicle I didn't really want simply to remove one the dealership already had on the lot. I've always felt like I had to be on the defensive, and push to get honesty from the salesman I was dealing with. Never did I feel this way with Sam. From the beginning he listened to what I wanted and I never felt pressured to purchase a vehicle I didn't want. He found exactly what I wanted, understood where I wanted my payment to be, and made it happen. It was the quickest, most painless car buying experience I've ever had. He has a comforting way about him, that makes you feel like he's a friend, not a salesman.

In addition, each time I visited the dealership and crossed paths with an employee, I was asked if I would like something to drink, if I was being helped, and if I needed anything. I've never seen such excellent customer service by all employees. Even though I wasn't dealing with them, they offered their time to make sure I was taken care of.

This has by far been the best experience with buying a car that I've ever had. This is what creates repeat customers. I will spread the word about Sam and Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge because of this experience.
