My sister and I went into the dealership to purchase a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited later in the afternoon on the second to last day of the month. We were immediately greeted with smiles everywhere we looked. Sales staff and managers alike were holding doors for us and offered beverages. When we were introduced to Devin, our sales professional, he took the time to qualify my sister s must haves and desired features before taking us outside into the heat to locate a vehicle that she liked. There was no pressure or unnecessary persuasion to get her into any vehicle that she did not like. After running back and forth to gather the keys to 10+ Wranglers, we finally found one that she liked enough to purchase. There was no back and forth. We were presented with realistic, fair terms right away, which really took the pressure off, eliminating any of the normal car buying stress. Josh in finance was very intelligent and kind as he presented her with her F&I options and helped maintain the smiles that we had throughout the day at Lake Norman CDJR by keeping the conversation moving and creating a fun environment during, what could have been, a stressful time. Thank you to Devin, Josh, Quam, and Chris for making this one of the best, if not the best buying experience I have ever been a part of. Hats off to you gentlemen. Keep up the GREAT work!
