While the actual dentists are amazing (reason for the the stars) at what they do, the front desk staff is HORRID. I have been a patient with this practice for over 10 years and while the receptionists have always been mediocre these newer employees are just absolutely awful.

I saw another post from someone my age and they were treated the same. I am 23 and know how the system works. I'm not ignorant and I know you are just trying to get me to pay extra money.

You should NEVER put a client on hold while the are talking or hang up on them when they try to speak with higher management. You would only do this if you know you are wrong and don't want your boss to know you are trying to cheat sometime out of their money.
