The male driver who drove the car late last night, Sunday, was not very helpful or polite. When we pulled up to the front desk from the Bistro, the driver just jumped out of the car and went in to the hotel. He didn't wait until I got out or offer to assist me. Yikes!
It took him 45 minutes to come after he was called. The path was dark and he had no flash light and just walked ahead of me and jumped into the cart and waited for me.
This is not the treatment I expect at a 5 star hotel.
