Review of BreakFree Aanuka Beach Resort

Stayed 3 nights midweek.
On first arrival were told the previous customers didn't hand back keys, so were given the resorts spare set of keys. So didn't sleep well knowing someone may come in plus all our valuables in the room . The receptionist said they had tried to call the people but didn't have any luck and would contact us with what happens ... never heard from them . I approached the desk the following afternoon to have another receptionist not know anything about the missing keys.
On inspection on the room looks clean but needs alot of TLC. (See attached photos) We walked on the balcony to see a pair of high heels left from last customers. To pay $441 mid week is very overpriced for what you get . We stayed 3 night and room was not attended even once to re fill coffee/tea . We were provided 1 tiny milk for the whole stay.
Beds were so uncomfortable . Our super queen bed was two single beds pushed together one an inch higher then the other

Great location right on the beach.
Water Park was nice though no staff to control kids jumping from top of rocks into pool .
Heated pool near office was nice although the building looked to need alot of attention pretty dirty around pool also with dirty band aid laying around.
Restaurant on the one night we went wasn't busy but still I had to ask to order. Again overpriced $8 for a handful of chips.
not worth the 4 star rating.
