I have been a customer of Fc Lugano for several years now and I must say that their services are average. The website is user-friendly and they have a good selection of products. However, their customer service could be improved. I've had a few issues with orders in the past and it took a while to get them resolved. Overall, I would say that Fc Lugano is an okay company, but there is definitely room for improvement.
