Renfroe charges some people for training/certifications while they allow other to attend at no cost. They went on to refuse refunding me when I know others who were not charged. In response to the company's response, I was charged under the same circumstances that others weren't charged for, the emergency certification offered in Birmingham due to Hurricane Florence.
