Listing said move in ready freshly painted and ready to go . On the MLS they listed it as having no previous floods or water issues but said 9/9/2020 when they had a huge storm a small amount got into the home . The house was overly fragrant which we thought was odd and plug ins were in every room . It wasn t till inspection day we smelled the mold in the home and the hidden Damp Rid containers all over . The house was a moldy nightmare under that fresh paint . So deceiving and now we are out the inspection costs when the home should have been listed AS iS instead of FHA ready to move in .
