This was the absolute worst customer experience I could ever imagine from a luxury car dealership like Audi.
After 6-7 months of research into the car I want to get after my lease ends, and after my lease expiring last week, I walked into this dealership looking to make a deal on a Q5.
After waiting in the front lobby area for 20 minutes without being greeted by a single person, I decided to go up to one of the offices and ask if someone could help us. Note that during the 20 minutes that I was standing in the lobby with my friend, waiting for someone to help us, at least 6-7 different Audi employees walked by us and made eye contact. No one said a word or asked if we've been helped.
The person who's office I went up to seemed to be very busy on their phone and when I asked him if he could help us, he seemed bothered. He came out asking what we're looking for, and when I asked why we had to wait 20-25 minutes, he mentioned they are actually very busy.
At that moment, I had already made a final decision that I will in no circumstance make a deal with this salesperson and this dealership.
