I had a mixed experience with Decorion s.a.r.l. The furniture I purchased was of good quality, but the customer service was lacking. It took a long time to get a response to my inquiries, and at times I felt ignored. However, once I finally got in touch with someone, they were helpful and resolved my issue. Overall, I would say that Decorion s.a.r.l. is a decent furniture company, but there is room for improvement in their customer service department.
