A bad grade because bad experience this week. I was there just before the opening and was waiting in front of the door. Meanwhile the store team was doing its daily daytime launch.
The opening is done (with a few minutes late) and I enter the store first.
At this moment all the collaborators were present in the aisle of entry.
Not a single one deigns to greet the first customers. I even slalom between them to move forward.
And among all those people who cared little about the quality of the reception, there was the store manager, who, like a lord on his estate, looked down on everyone without a smile or a friendly attitude.

The morning point aims at setting the quantified objectives and the prios. This figure is made by customers whom you do not deign to salute. The priority should be to satisfy them.

A flat in all this: the quality of the advice and availability of the person from the paint department who took care of me once in the department.
