This writing concerns only the social life of the employees and the attitude of the hierarchy towards them. According to managers and team leaders, Technoflex is looking for employees who have an innate sense of interpersonal skills. Behave well with other employees, be polite, well educated and correctly apply the instructions related to the life of the factory. For two days, this was the message repeated by the managers who gave me the training to join Technoflex. There are also relatively easy-to-understand questionnaires to assess candidates so you don't choose the wrong person for the company. So far everything has been going well, I was even won over by the position. And to end these two days a job interview. The person in charge of the training manager, a lifeless person who did not greet me at the start of the interview, vaguely observes my CV, asks me two off-topic questions and says between high and low: let's contact tomorrow without fail! ". Without any goodbyes from him either, I left the room confident knowing that I had done a faultless test and that I was already passionate about the job.
The next day no news! We were 4 in selection. I tell myself they think in the offices before giving us an answer. Two days later I sent a courteous first email to check in on the news. Still no answer. I continued like this for a week. And as you might expect, I never got a response. Today, I digested this ordeal but I had to share it for the next candidates who would like to work in this company where the robots which have taken an important place in the factory have also dehumanized the team leaders and the heads of the teams. team leaders. They will talk to you about good manners and basic attitudes about good manners, two days of sermons and elegant words, to ultimately behave like those industrialists of the nineteenth century at the time of Emile Zola.
