Was exceptionally pleased with my first stay in Chi town. Great location and really wonderful views.

Nothing less than exceptional for the presidential named hotel and top level amenities, services and the extras. Turn down service in the evening was a nice touch.

I appreciate the speed and service in the hotel, the friendly guest services and the attention to every detail being so lovely for my stay.

Absolutely a place to stay for vacation or like myself for business. Really quite a treat.
