Signing up with Dataprise for IT support has been one of the worst business decisions I've made in my career. Being so dependent upon functional systems (as most businesses are), it has nearly crippled us. Dataprise is always looking for excuses or ways to blame someone else for their ineffectiveness. It has been a joke and our employees have paid dearly.
