Bad. Bad. Bad. We have extremely disturbingly l...

Bad. Bad. Bad. We have extremely disturbingly loud neighbors and they refuse to let us out of a lease. They offered to relocate us only if we pay them to find someone else to rent the current home at 1300 a month. Pay them 350.00. But still pay rent on both properties if we chose to leave. Not really sure who can afford that at any time let alone during a pandemic. You would think they would be more understanding and compassionate about this level of noise. If ten phone calls hasn't fixed the problem. Nothing will.
