Absolute false advertising. They give the bottom dollar for your trade we had our vehicle give 4K more than they would say. They do not listen. They say your vehicle is scratched and that s why it s worth way less and then I d you look at theirs they say scratches do not lower that vehicle. He said our vehicle that has 80k miles on it is worth nothing when a vehicle they have there with 107k miles is worth 36,000. False advertising. Three hours and nothing but a waste of time.
