I had high hopes going into my experience, but it turned out to be quite unsatisfactory. Communication was lacking, and I often felt left in the dark about my case. There seemed to be a disconnect between what I expected and what was delivered. Additionally, the overall responsiveness could definitely use improvement. 😟 Just not what I needed.
