I've been using Emergency Detection Systems, INC for a few years now and I must say, their service is average. The system works fairly well, but it has its glitches. Sometimes it takes a while for the alert to be sent out, and that can be frustrating. Overall, it gets the job done, but there is definitely room for improvement.
