I have been a customer of Bradley Insurance Agency INC for over 5 years and I must say, they have provided average service. The response time from their representatives is acceptable but the overall experience has room for improvement. Although they have a good range of insurance plans, the claim process can be quite lengthy. I hope they work on making it more efficient.
