Review of Meyers Vacation Rentals

I will start by saying we have used Meyer for year...

I will start by saying we have used Meyer for years. This is the most unacceptable stay we have ever had. Let me start off by saying we stayed at Palacio unit 1403. It wasn t the cleanest we have stayed at but we said that s fine. I looked in the master bedroom, hmmm the bed was broken. The frame under the bed was on the floor enough to where the mattress would skew if any weight was added. (Something the cleaning people should have notice off the bat). So I called.... the concern was we didn t have parking passes due to the lobby being closed. (We arrived at 6:30 pm). Fine, so when I called I was speaking to a nice lady. We had asked specific question before we booked and was given an email answer. When questioned about that answer she said I don t know where they received the Info from but it s incorrect. The list continues from there.... there were hairs on the clean towels, the unit wasn t clean, candy on the floor, etc. Needless to say, we will NOT stay here again nor will I use Meyer for rentals any longer. This was not a cheap place and we could have stayed at a nicer place for the same price. Feel free to contact me and I ll tell the whole story!!!! NOT COOL MEYER!! Oh and by the way.... I m still waiting for someone to call me back.
