Buyers beware of any house this company flips. First of all they forgot to put insulation in the attic. They had 30 days to do it and it still wasn't done 2 days prior to closing. Only after asking about it multiple times did they finally do it. There were other things that they didn't end up fixing that I decided to pass on so as not to push out the closing. After closing, it turns out the dryer outlet doesn't work when I had a dryer delivered. The problem? turns out the wire from the breaker wasn't even connected. The other end of the wire was just hanging out in the attic and it was a LIVE wire. My electrician was appalled by the work and he removed the breaker for safety for now while things get sorted out. These sellers have avoided all calls from my agent. In addition, I guess the electrical permit wasn't even signed off because they scheduled a city inspector to come by AFTER closing. If that's not on purpose, I don't know what is. Absolutely unprofessional.
