I have been a customer of Mayekawa for several years now and I must say that their services are average. They deliver the products on time and the quality is decent. However, their customer service could be improved. They are not always responsive and it can be frustrating when you have an urgent issue and need assistance. Overall, Mayekawa is an okay company.
