I had a mixed experience with Sanxiang knitting co.,ltd. While their products were of good quality, their customer service was lacking. The website was easy to navigate and I found what I needed quickly. However, when I had a question about a product, it took a long time to get a response. Overall, I would say their products are average, but their customer service needs improvement.
