I had a mixed experience with Popular Industries - India. While the scents of their candles are amazing, I found the quality to be inconsistent. Some of the candles burned unevenly and didn't last as long as expected. Customer service was helpful, though, and offered replacements for the faulty ones. Overall, an average experience.
