I have had mixed experiences with the Workforce Investment Board of Herkimer, Madison and Oneida Counties, Inc. While they provide valuable resources and guidance in job searching, I sometimes find their response time to be slow. Overall, their services have been helpful, but there is definitely room for improvement.
