Their customer service is lousy. I have left two messages with Greg Sisk the paint supervisor and he has never called me back once. I worked in the public sector so I know how important it is for a customer to get a phone call back. I have spoke with Kaci and she assured me that she would give another message to Greg Sisk to call me back and it has been three weeks and I haven't heard from him. I have owned my boat since 2001/2002 and if this is the service you get from an employee owned company I wouldn't buy another boat from them at all. So anyone who asks me about my boat I tell them the boat is fine but their customer service sucks and not to buy from them.
