The experience with Rentcycle was average. The website was easy to navigate and had all the information I needed. However, the customer service was lacking. It took forever to get a response to my inquiries and when I finally did, the answers were not helpful. I ended up having to figure things out on my own. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I expected better.
