Sadly, my experience mimics others. After being fitted, ordering and receiving about 10 custom dress shirts, I decided to order a full suit. The shirts are great, and I figured the suit would be as well. Weeks went by, then months. And more months long enough time that it was past the credit card company to assist in helping me recover my full payment to this thief. I am out $1,100 that I will never see again. I was able to communicate with one of his business partners/partial investors, who profusely apologized, but even the partner was being ignored by Mr. Berry. Stay far, far away from anything associated with this man. Someday, perhaps he will be sewing patches on prison uniforms. My initial order was in April 2015, and I have never received a communication about the order from Mr. Berry. I even had his cell number, but he ignored every attempt at communication.
