First of all, this is one of the worst facilities ...

First of all, this is one of the worst facilities you could go to in the short, medium, or long-term. The longer-term the care, the more abuses there are. I was a victim of these monsters during the '04-'07 period.

In addition to the in-patient facilities, this company has a school on the grounds where I was a student, which is the main thing I want to review, but apparently all reviews are being stealthily blocked from view by the public, although the site hosting these reviews claims it is allowing you to publish.

The first thing you need to know about this place if you are a parent considering sending a student here is that the staff are not vetted. No background checks, nothing.

When I attended, a trailer (yes, a trailer) parked next to the gym was being used as a classroom. You heard right.

This was a school rife with fighting, scandals of various sorts, high turnover among students and staff, and worse.

In a school exclusively serving students with disabilities, it is incredible that they would permit the US Armed Forces into the school to try to enlist them when everyone here has some sort of documented learning disability. I was approached by recruiters who told me that enlisting was likely the only way I could gain my freedom from this snakepit. I jumped at the chance, but I didn't know what I was getting into.

I was stalked by a teacher for years and have lost jobs due to her obsession with me, almost a decade later.

Students were routinely hospitalized, dragged kicking and screaming out of the "school" building and into one of the nearby psychiatric facilities located only feet away from the school. Staff and security personnel used excessive force routinely when a student was exhibiting a "behavior."

School did nothing to prepare anyone for the real world. I got in touch with the media about my experiences but apparently there are deep pockets involved and connections that run deep which continue to protect those who operate this business.

Beware.
