I recently started practicing yoga and found Seaside Yoga to be a great place to learn and grow. The instructors are patient and supportive, creating the perfect environment for beginners. The studio itself is spacious and the equipment is top-notch. I've seen a significant improvement in my flexibility and strength since joining Seaside Yoga. Highly recommended!
