Usually enjoy a meal here, however on Thursday night we waited well over an hour for food. When finally getting the attention of a waitress before I ask where our meals are, she says, "yeah yeah I know you're still waiting, I've asked the kitchen to push it." For all she knows I could have been asking for another round of drinks as our glasses were cleary empty. The meals finally arrive, clearly have sat on the pass for a while, my nachos were a congealed mess and the other meals just warm. I said this was not good enough to the waitress delivering the meals who completely ignored me and smiled sweetly and trotted off. On getting the manager, he claims the kitchen was busy as there were large parties in the bar area. I said I understood, but next time, advise us in advance! And have your waiting staff learn to deal with an unhappy customer! We were offered a round of drinks as a peace offering, but sadly too little, too late. I will now be your worst type of customer ..... the one that never comes back.
