I had a mixed experience with Riverside marine & cycle. The customer service was excellent, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. However, I was not completely satisfied with the product I purchased. There were some quality issues that I had to address, and it took some time to get them resolved. Overall, I would rate them 3 out of 5 stars.
