I recently used a staffing agency for the first time to find pharmacists for our pharmacy. The experience was fairly decent overall. The candidate profiles provided by the agency were helpful, and we were able to fill the positions within a reasonable time frame. However, I wish there was more transparency in the selection process, and I found the fees slightly higher compared to other agencies I have used in the past.
