I recently purchased some electrical equipment and was impressed with the quality and service. The website was easy to navigate and the prices were reasonable. However, I found the customer support to be lacking. They were slow to respond to my inquiries and not very helpful. Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase, but I think there is room for improvement in their customer service department.
