Barely any training so I hope your a fast learner. Your experience differ depending on which department your put into. I was in a department where the Leadership was very fair and understanding, but I still had a hard time trying to learn everything all at once. If you can stick with it and not give up, within a year you'll be very versed enough to get by and do well.
