Called several times and waited for OVER an hour without an answer. Sometimes they deliver, sometimes they don t claiming a bad address

Had someone reach out via text confirming my address, told them it was correct and they said it would be delivered the next day. It wasn t. I attempted to contact the same number via text with no response. Called the company my package was being shipped from and they said I was suppose to pick it up at the warehouse. Never was notified by this awful company in any way. If a company uses them to ship I would steer clear
