The lubricants provided by Southern Cross Lubes are good, but I believe there is room for improvement. While their products work fine, I have encountered some issues with the customer service. There were delays in response time and the support provided wasn't as satisfactory as I had hoped. I hope they can work on these aspects to enhance the overall customer experience.
