Started off OK at the bar, Black n Tan, cup of Chi...

Started off OK at the bar, Black n Tan, cup of Chili...but I was still hungry. Client next to me got something yummy with steak tips so I asked bartender for an order of that appetizer. 24minutes later, nothing. Asked for it to be packed ToGo. I needed to leave as it was 9:30pm! This afternoon I unpackaged my container to find...4 raw steak tips...BBQ sauce but no onion rings, onion strips nor any dipping sauces like the lady next to me.
Cost to me $10.95. REALLY?

{Prior chili and beer were great} Bartenders were great!@ kitchen, ahhhh nope!
