I had a mixed experience with Cool Draft Scientific LLC. While the product itself was good, the customer service could have been better. There were some delays in communication and it took a bit longer than expected for the issue to be resolved. However, once it was escalated, the company did their best to rectify the situation. Overall, I would say it was an average experience.
