I wasted my time and money. There is no doubt that Italian opera is the bEst in the world with it's quality of singing. But for such a wonderful art they suggest "lovely" places sold by internet where people ACTUALLY have to stand!!!!to see what's going on on the stage ! I asked a hostess to replace us because as a tourist coming to Italy to listen to the great opera I can't enjoy it siting LITERALLY against the wall!
Meanwhile the personnel didn't react peacefully and they suggested us the places which cost less that we paid and those places were dusty and dark!!! I am SO shocked and disappointed not only by the behavior or personnel but I also can't understand why the building didn't have ANY reconstruction work?! Again , I don't want to have such experience anymore.
If to say something positive- they gave 2 candies at the entrance,maybe to "sugar" us before giving a slap.
