Understaffed like all restaurants..be prepared to ...

Understaffed like all restaurants..be prepared to spend two or three hours just to get through a meal..they are doing reservations and will diligently hold onto your table even if you don't show up..as we saw upon entry they had reserved tables that stayed that way the whole time we were there but never got occupied. The green chili is amazing...the burgers however are dry and sad burgers...very over cooked. Not to tastey. Definitely to dry to wait the sometimes 25 minutes before seeing your waitress and another 25 minutes before you get your refill. Visit when they have more staff.
