I had an average experience with Amazing Japan. The company website was easy to navigate and the customer service was okay. However, I expected more from the tour package that I booked. The tour guide was knowledgeable and friendly, but the itinerary felt rushed and we didn't have enough time to fully enjoy each destination. Overall, it was an average experience.
