As a CUSTOMER, I would rate the School District of Horicon as average. The overall experience was okay, but there is definitely room for improvement. The teachers are knowledgeable, but sometimes lack the necessary enthusiasm to engage the students. The curriculum is decent, but it could be more innovative and engaging. The facilities are well-maintained, but some upgrades and renovations would be beneficial. Overall, a decent school district, but not exceptional.
