I had an average experience with The platform-precision farming. While their precision farming solutions did bring improvements to my farm, I was not completely satisfied with their customer service. Communication could have been better, and there were delays in addressing my concerns. Nevertheless, I appreciate the value I received from their services and the positive impact on my farming practices. Hopefully, they can work on improving their customer support in the future.
