As a customer, I recently had the opportunity to work with a kitchen design company and found their services to be average. While the company had a visually appealing and user-friendly website, I felt that the overall experience fell short of my expectations. The communication could have been improved, as there were delays in response times and lack of clarity at times. The range of products and materials offered by the company was decent, but I found the pricing to be slightly on the higher side compared to similar alternatives in the market. The design team lacked creative suggestions and seemed to stick to more traditional options, leaving me wanting for more innovative ideas. The installation process was satisfactory, but there were a few minor issues that required follow-up visits. Overall, while the company delivered an average experience, I believe there are other kitchen design companies that offer better value for money and a more personalized approach.
